Because of BBK’s extensive expertise in\nthese areas, as well as their familiarity with several key projects currently underway in the\nCommunity Development Department, staff proposes to approve an agreement for these\nspecific services.

This\nchannel has been in operation for several years. The City has been using a 3rd party\ncontractor to operate this channel. The City has the desire to upgrade the quality of L28 to\nHD and incorporate more live remote events, such as broadcasting local high school sporting\nevents, press conferences, community gatherings, and events, thereby offering a more\ndynamic and engaging viewing experience for our residents while also promoting community\nspirit and involvement.
