Vacation of a Portion of the Public Road Easement as Dedicated on the Map Filed in Book 5,\nPages 470-471 of Miscellaneous Records\nCITY OF LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA\nRecommendation(s):\nAdopt Resolution No. , declaring its intention to vacate a portion of the Public\nRoad Easement as dedicated within Block 2 of the Map filed in Book 5, pages 470 to 471 of\nMiscellaneous Records and located on the north side of Milling Street (formerly 11th Street),\nbetween Beech Avenue (formerly Beach Avenue) and Sierra Highway (formerly Antelope\nAvenue).\nSaid Public Road Easement is classified as street alley which was dedicated to the City in\n1884. Vacating a portion of this street alley is intended as part of the proposed improvements\nrecommended for the City’s Public Safety building.
