Check Registers – August 27, 2023, through September 23, 2023\nRecommendation(s):\nApprove the Check and Wire Registers for August 27, 2023, through September 23, 2023, in\nthe amount of $6,901,391.83 as presented.\nAt each regular City Council Meeting, the City Council is presented with a check and\nACH/wire registers listing the financial claims (invoices) against the City for the purchase of\nmaterials, supplies, services, and capital projects issued the prior three to four weeks. This\nprocess provides the City Council the opportunity to review the expenditures of the City.\nClaims are paid via checks, Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments, or federal wires.\nThe justifying backup information for each expenditure is available in the Finance\nDepartment.
