Task Order No. 01 for Multi-Year Professional Services (Service Group Category 5 –\nEnvironmental Services) preparation of the Eastside Annexation Environmental Impact\nReport\nRecommendation(s):\nApprove Task Order No. 01 in accordance with the Multi-Year Professional Services\nAgreement with Michael Baker International Inc., in the amount of $205,255. Authorize the\nCity Manager, or his designee, to sign all documents.\nTo assist with the preparation of the required Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for\nEastside Annexation, the City intends to award a contract to a consultant on the Multi-Year\nProfessional Services Agreement Pre-Qualified List under Service Group Category (SGC) 5\n– Environmental Services. The Consultant will be responsible for all aspects of the\nCITY OF LANCASTER, CALIFORNIA\npreparation of the EIR.
