Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to finalize and execute all documents related\nto the agreement.\nThe City has been utilizing Best, Best & Krieger LLP for legal services in the Housing\ndivision since May 2020. BBK will now also provide as-needed legal services including but\nnot limited to planning, land use, and CEQA work. Because of BBK’s extensive expertise in\nthese areas, as well as their familiarity with several key projects currently underway in the\nCommunity Development Department, staff proposes to approve an agreement for these\nspecific services.
