6.1 APPROVAL OF PROPOSED AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GLENN A. RICK ENGINEERING AND\nDEVELOPMENT CO., FOR PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING AND\nLANDSCAPING ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN CONSULTING SERVICES\nRELATED TO THE ANTONIO PARKWAY GATEWAY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT\nAND DESIGN REVIEW FOR THE ANTONIO PARKWAY GATEWAY\nIMPROVEMENTS PROJECT (Nguyen)\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1) Approve proposed Amendment No. 2 to the current Professional\nServices Agreement with Glenn A. Rick Engineering and Development\nCo., to provide for additional work and services, and to increase the\ntotal contract amount by $29,640.00 from $102,433.00 to\n$132,073.00 in order to provide for additional services and continued\ncivil engineering and landscape architectural design and as-needed\nconstruction support services necessary for the proposed Antonio\nParkway Gateway Improvements Project; and\n2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the proposed Amendment No. 2 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Glenn A. Rick Engineering and\nDevelopment Co.; and\n3) Provide input and policy direction regarding the final parkway design,\nas appropriate.\nItem No. 6.1
