2.R. REQUEST TO DESIGNATE THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 9101\nW. SUNSET BOULEVARD AS A LOCAL CULTURAL\nRESOURCE [N. MARICICH, J. ALKIRE, D. VU, L. YELTON]:\nThe City Council will consider the Historic Preservation\nCommission’s recommendation to designate the building located at\n9101 W. Sunset Boulevard as a local cultural resource. This\ndesignation of a cultural resource is categorically exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section\n15331 (Historic Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation) of the CEQA\nGuidelines, which exempts projects that preserve historical\nresources in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior’s\nStandards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.\nRECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the City Council\nuphold the Historic Preservation Commission's recommendation\nand adopt Resolution No. 23-_________ "A RESOLUTION OF\nTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST HOLLYWOOD\nDESIGNATING THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 9101 W.
