GARLAND]:\nThe City Council will consider approving the Notice of Completion\nfor CIP 2304, Decorative Lantern Project Mid-City Street Lighting\nby T&G Global, LLC.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Accept the work and authorize the\nfollowing: a. File the Notice of Completion by the City Clerk with the\nLos Angeles Recorder's Office, b. Issue the final payment to the\ncontractor at the end of the 35 day lien period, c. Release of the\nPerformance Bond on the date of recordation of the Notice of\nCompletion, d. Release of the Payment Bond 35 days after the\ndate of recordation of the Notice of Completion, pending no receipt\nof Stop Notices from material suppliers or subcontractors.\nSTAFF REPORT
