2.L. AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES\nWITH WESTERN AUDIO VISUAL [L. QUIJANO, E. TSIPIS, K.\nDEVINE]:\nThe City Council will consider amending the Agreement with\nWestern Audio Visual for teleconferencing equipment installation\nand maintenance in City conference rooms.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 6 to the\nAgreement for services with Western Audio Visual to increase the\namount of the Agreement by $150,000 for a total not-to-exceed\namount of $448,080 to cover the cost of the Audio-Visual\nEquipment modernization of the Closed Session and Community\nMeeting Rooms (CMR); and 2) Authorize the City Manager or\ndesignee to execute documents incident to this Lease Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT
