2.M. AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH WILLDAN ENGINEERING\nTO PROVIDE PROACTIVE CODE ENFORCEMENT\nINSPECTIONS OF RENT STABILIZED RESIDENTIAL UNITS [D.\nRIVAS, V. ADOMAITIS]:\nThe City Council will consider approving an Agreement with Willdan\nEngineering to provide proactive code enforcement inspections of\nrent stabilized residential units within the City of West Hollywood as\npart of a Pilot Program.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Services with\nWilldan Engineering, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $353,600\nfor an initial period of one (1) year, with the ability to extend the\ncontract for up to one (1) additional year for up to four (4)\nconsecutive years; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee\nto execute documents incident to this Agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT\nPUBLIC CORRESPONDENCE 10.12.23
