5.D. APPROVAL OF AGREEMENTS FOR SERVICES WITH HR&A\nADVISORS AND DESIGNING IN COLOR TO CONDUCT A\nCITYWIDE ECONOMIC STUDY [D. WILSON, C. SAFRIET, P.\nKESPRADIT, L. BIERY, T. COYNE]:\nThe City Council will consider the approval of two Agreements for\nServices with HR&A Advisors and Designing in Color to conduct a\nCitywide economic study for the City of West Hollywood.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Services with\nHR&A Advisors in an amount not to exceed $245,545 for the\ndevelopment of a Citywide economic study; 2) Approve an\nAgreement for Services with Designing in Color in an amount not to\nexceed $36,420 for consulting services related to diversity, equity,\ninclusion, and accessibility in the citywide economic study; and 3)\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to execute documents\nincident to the agreement.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 5.D. - ATTACHMENT A\nITEM 5.D. - ATTACHMENT B
