5.E. APPROVE AGREEMENTS FOR SERVICES TO DEVELOP AN\nINCLUSIVE STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE CITY OF WEST\nHOLLYWOOD [D. WILSON, C. SAFRIET, P. KESPRADIT]:\nThe City Council will consider approving Agreements for Services\nwith M. Arthur Gensler Jr & Associates (Gensler), Designing in\nColor (DCo), and Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz (FM3) to develop\nan inclusive Strategic Plan for the City of West Hollywood.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Services with\nM. Arthur Gensler Jr & Associates (Gensler) in an amount not to\nexceed $225,000 for development of the City's Strategic Plan; 2)\nApprove an Agreement for Services with Designing in Color (DCo)\nin an amount not to exceed $130,290 for diversity, equity, inclusion,\nand accessibility consulting services; 3) Approve an Agreement for\nServices with Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz (FM3) in an amount\nnot to exceed $49,100 for survey-based research; and 4) Authorize\nthe City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the\nagreements.\nSTAFF REPORT\nITEM 5.E. - ATTACHMENT A\nITEM 5.E. - ATTACHMENT B\nITEM 5.E. - ATTACHMENT C
