Approve the Purchase of a 3 Yard and 5 Yard Dump Truck from PB Loader Corporation\nfor the Water Resources Department in the amount of $262,701\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Approve the purchase of one 3 yard dump truck and one 5 yard dump truck from PB\nLoader Corporation (PB Loader) for Water Resources Department (WRD) in the\namount of $262,701;\n2) Authorize contingency amount of $13,051 (9%) to purchase a 2025 model 5 yard\ndump truck in the event the 2024 model is unavailable for purchase, and;\n3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute subsequent changes or\namendments thereto, on behalf of the City.\nAttachments: SR- Dump Truck Purchase.DOCX
