3) CONSIDERATION TO APPROVE AN AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH WILLDAN FINANCIAL SERVICES FOR USER FEE STUDY SERVICES\nRecommend that the City Council:\na. Approve a first Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Willdan\nFinancial Services, Inc. (Contract No. 2060(a)) for Cost Allocation Plan Services to expand\nthe scope to include User Fee Study services and increase the not-to-exceed amount for\nFiscal Year 2023-2024 from $24,500 to $48,000; and\nb. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Amendment and all related\ndocuments.
