F. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVING THE HUMAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE\nFISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 WORK PLAN, APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL\nAPPROPRIATION OF $7,000, AND DETERMINING THAT THE WORK PLAN\nACTIVITIES ARE CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nHuman Affairs Committee Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 23-116, which will:\n1. Determine that the FY 2023-24 Work Plan Items are exempt from the\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act.\n2. Approve the FY 2023-24 Work Plan as presented by the Human Affairs\nCommittee, and include in the plan solutions to address homelessness.\n3. Approve a supplemental appropriation of $7,000 to Account No. 001-435-\n44420.
