Amendment No. 1 to Professional Services Agreement with\nBowman Infrastructure Engineers Ltd, dba Infrastructure\nEngineers for Provision of Building Official, Plan Check, and\nInspection, Services Fiscal Impact: Expense: $75,000 (up\nto $200,000 per fiscal year) (102532-6290)\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil:\n1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Bowman Infrastructure\nEngineers Ltd., dba Infrastructure Engineers to\nprovide professional services related to building plan\ncheck, building inspection, Building Official, and other\nbuilding and planning related staffing as needed for a\nterm ending June 30, 2026; and\n2) Adopt Resolution No. R-2023-82, A Resolution of the\nCity Council of the City of Placentia, California\nauthorizing a budget amendment in Fiscal Year 2023-\n24 in compliance with City Charter of the City of\nPlacentia §§ 1206 and 1209 pertaining to\nappropriations for actual expenditures; and\n3) Authorize the City Administrator or designee to\napprove up to two (2) additional one-year extensions\npursuant to the terms of the subject Amendment No.\n1 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nBowman Infrastructure Engineers Ltd., dba\nInfrastructure Engineers; and\n4) Authorize the City Administrator and/or his designee\nto execute the necessary documents, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report\nAmendment #1\nCertificate of Insurance\nResolution R-2023-82
