J. Noble\nCompany for the FY 2022-23 Street Rehabilitation\nProject in the amount of $5,383,306.25; and\n3) Reject all other bids received and authorize return of\nthe bid bonds; and\n4) Authorize the City Administrator to approve contract\nchange orders up to ten percent (10%) of the\ncontract amount, or $538,330.63, for a total\nconstruction contract not-to-exceed amount of\n$5,921,636.88; and\n5) Approve a Cooperative Agreement with the City of\nAnaheim for the construction cost for Anaheim’s share\nof the project that is estimated to be $200,000, with\nthe final cost to be based on the actual bid received\nand final construction contract costs; and\n6) Adopt Resolution No. R-2023-81, A Resolution of the\nCity Council of the City of Placentia, California\nauthorizing a budget amendment in Fiscal Year 2023-\n24 in compliance with City Charter of the City of\nPlacentia §§1206 and 1209 pertaining to\nappropriations for actual expenditures; and\n7) Authorize the City Administrator and/or his designee\nto execute all necessary documents, in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nStaff Report\nAgreement\nCooperative Agreement with Anaheim\nProject 1301 Area Map\nResolution R-2023-81\nPowerPoint Presentation\nCITY COUNCIL/BOARD MEMBERS REQUESTS:\nCouncil/Board Members may make requests or ask questions of Staff.\nIf a Council/Board Member would like to have formal action taken on\na requested matter, it will be placed on a future Council or Board\nAgenda.
