8. AUTHORIZATION OF ENCROACHMENT ONTO CITY EASEMENT 219\nREQUEST- 5887 LAKEVIEW LANE\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the City Council: 1.) Authorize the 4-inch vitrified clay pipe\n(VCP) lateral connection to the existing YLWD sewer line to service 5887\nLakeview Lane; and 2.) Determine such encroachments will not adversely impact\nthe City’s easement, City’s facility, or general public safety, and 3.) Require the\nproperty owner at 5887 Lakeview Lane to execute a Declaration of Restrictive\nCovenants Agreement pursuant to City Council Policy E-5.
