10. APPROVE AMENDMENT TO ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES 282\nAGREEMENT WITH KIMLEY-HORN AND ASSOCIATES FOR DESIGN OF\nBLACK GOLD STORM DRAIN IMPROVEMENT\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the City Council: 1.) Approve an amendment to the On-\nCall Professional Services Agreement with Kimley- Horn and Associates,\nincreasing the not-to-exceed aggregate agreement amount by $10,590,\n(increasing the FY23/24 authorized agreement limit to $85,590) resulting in an\naggregate agreement amount not-to-exceed $235,590, inclusive of $74,426 for\ndesign of Black Gold Storm Drain Improvement; and 2.) Authorize the City\nManager to approve additional expenditures up to $11,164 (15% of the proposed\namount) in agreement contingencies for potential additional services resulting in a\npotential FY23/24 agreement amount not-to-exceed $85,590 should all\ncontingencies be authorized.
