8. City Council: Approval of an amendment to the existing Operating Agreement with Agri Service\nRecycling, Inc. (“Agri Service”), which expires December 31, 2023, to remove the early termination\nprovision from the agreement; approval of an amendment to extend the term of the new Property\nLease Agreement with Agri Service which commences January 1, 2024, for an additional five years\nfor a total term of 15 years, with annual estimated revenue to the City of $188,742, remove the\nearly termination provision from the agreement, and increase the percentage of rent, for use of\nthe property known as the El Corazon Organic Materials Processing Facility located at El Corazon;\nand authorization for the City Manager to execute the amendments upon receipt of all supporting\ndocuments
