DETERMINE that the project is Categorically Exempt from CEQA pursuant\nto Section 15301 - Existing Facilities, 15302 - Replacement or\nReconstruction, 15303 - New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures,\n15304 - Minor Alterations to Land, 15305 - Minor Alterations to Land Use\nLimitations, and 15332 - In-Fill Development.\n3. AUTHORIZE the City Manager to execute the agreement with Miracle\nPlayground for $292,667 with concurrence by the City Attorney.
