APPROVAL OF FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 74404, A 2-UNIT\nCONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT PROJECT LOCATED AT 321 W.\nGLENDON WAY\nThe development project located at 321 West Glendon Way is a 2-unit\ncondominium on a 9,734-square-foot lot. Staff and RKA Consulting Group\nIncorporated (RKA), the City’s contract consultant for land surveying, have\nreviewed the Final Parcel Map and determined that it is in compliance with\nthe State Subdivision Map Act, Conditions of Approval, and the City’s\nordinances regarding subdivision. There is no fiscal impact related to this\nitem.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: The project has\nbeen reviewed for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act\n(CEQA), and is exempt from CEQA based on Section 15332, Class 32 exemption\n(In-Fill Development).\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve Final Parcel Map No. 74404,\nauthorize its filing with the Los Angeles County Recorder and authorize the\nCity Manager to execute the Subdivision Agreement on behalf of the City.
