Item No. 18. 2023-0719 CONSIDER APPROVAL OF CONCEPTUAL SITE\nPLAN, CHARGE READY TRANSPORT PROGRAM\nPARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN\nCALIFORNIA EDISON FOR NO-COST INSTALLATION\nOF UTILITY SIDE AND CUSTOMER-SIDE MAKE\nREADY INFRASTRUCTURE AT CITY-OWNED SITE\nLOCATED AT 18601 S. MAIN STREET, GRANT OF\nEASEMENT FOR ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AND\nCONVEYANCE OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE the conceptual site plan for four electric vehicle\ncharging stations at 18601 S Main Street, Carson CA 90248.\n2. APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Charge\nReady Transport Program Participation Agreement with Southern\nCalifornia Edison (SCE) which will authorize SCE to prepare the\ndesigns and construct the make-ready infrastructure.\n3. APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Mayor to grant and execute a\nGrant of Easement and Conveyance of existing electrical\nequipment necessary to participate in the SCE Charge Ready\nProgram, subject to SCE's finalization of the exhibits and legal\ndescriptions and approval as to form by the City Attorney.\n4.
