Item No. 25. 2023-0743 CONSIDER APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF\nUNDERSTANDING WITH LOS ANGELES COUNTY\nMETROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY\nFOR PROPOSITION A DISCRETIONARY INCENTIVE\nGRANT PROGRAM FUNDING (CITY COUNCIL)\nRecommendation: TAKE the following actions:\n1. APPROVE the "Proposition A Discretionary Incentive Grant\nProgram Memorandum of Understanding for Collecting and\nReporting Data for the National Transit Database for Report Year\n2021" between the City of Carson and LACMTA (Exhibit No. 1.\n"LACMTA MOU"); and\n2.
