Approve a Change Order to R Dependable Const, Inc. to increase the contract amount\nfrom $2,173,500 by an additional $666,253 to undertake additional improvements for the\nHomekey Program Budget Inn Site;\n2. Allocate a contingency in the amount of $124,938 for a total contract amount not-to-\nexceed $2,96 4,191; and\n3.
