12. Approve the submission of the Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention Program grant\napplication and attachments to the California Interagency Council on Homelessness; authorize\nthe Housing and Community Development Director, or designee, to modify the application and\nattachments as needed, provided that such modifications do not materially change the purpose\nor scope of the submission; increase the Housing and Community Development Department’s\nFiscal Year 2022/23 revenue and expenditures budget to be commensurate with the grant\naward, if awarded; and authorize the Housing and Community Development Director, or\ndesignee, to accept the grant, execute required grant documents, and take the necessary\nactions to implement grant activities.
