Approve plans and specifications for the Downtown Trash Enclosure Project\n– Phase IV – Project No. P2407;\n2. Award a contract for the Downtown Trash Enclosure Project – Phase IV –\nProject No. P2407 to FS Contractors, Inc. as the lowest responsive and\nresponsible bidder in the amount of $123,344 and authorize the City Manager\nto execute the contract; and\n3. Authorize an amount of $12,000 in project contingency funds to cover the\ncost of unforeseen construction expenses.
