Award a contract for the PD Locker Room Renovation Project Asbestos and\nLead Base Paint Abatement Services to Danny Ryan Precision Contracting,\nInc. as the responsive and responsible bidder in the amount of $74,500 and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute the contract; and\n2. Establish a contingency allowance of $10,000 for additional abatement\nservices, if needed.
