Item 332: Creation of Underground Utility Districts for Normal Heights (3DD), Jamacha-\nLomita (4Y1), and Egger Highlands (8R1) and the Adoption of Final Mitigated\nNegative Declaration for the FY16 Allocation Undergrounding Utility Districts\n(Project No. 463483).\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThe total estimated cost for these projects is approximately $58.4 million. The electrical\nutility work, estimated at $51.6 million, will be fully funded by the Surcharge Fund\n200217. Other costs for administration, streetlight replacement, street resurfacing, and\nother related work, estimated at $6.8 million, will also be paid for by the Surcharge Fund.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: 4, 8, 9.\nProposed Actions:\nSubitem-A: (R-2024-72 Cor.
