16. RESOLUTION - RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE GRANT AGREEMENT FROM THE\nSTATE OF CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL\nABC-OTS GRANT\nThat the City Council:\na. Adopt Resolution No. 2023-101, accepting and appropriating $30,500 from the\nState of California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control ABC-OTS Grant\nProgram.\nb. Appropriate $30,500 of one-time money from the unappropriated General Fund\nBalance to the Police Department’s operating budget and increase the General\nFund estimated revenue by the same amount to be reimbursed from the State of\nCalifornia Department of Alcohol Beverage Control ABC-OTS Grant Program.\nc. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the grant documents and\nany other related documents, amendments, and agreements consistent with or in\nfurtherance of the City Council’s actions hereunder.
