3-H. CALIFORNIA OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY (OTS) PEDESTRIAN AND BICYCLE SAFETY\nPROGRAM GRANT – FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Adopting a Resolution authorizing the Interim City Manager, or designee, to apply for,\naccept, and execute any documents, in a form approved by the City Attorney, with the\nCalifornia Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) in the amount of $25,000 for the Pedestrian and\nBicycle Safety Program Grant;\n(2) If adopted, the Resolution would also authorize the Interim City Manager, or designee, to\nreceive and amend the FY 2023-2024 budget to allocate $25,000 in grant funds; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
