PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT/ADVISORY\nSERVICES BY CHANDLER ASSET MANAGEMENT\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute an agreement, in a form approved by the\nCity Attorney, with Chandler Asset Management to provide investment\nmanagement/advisory services for a portion of the City’s idle funds in compliance with the\nCity’s investment policy, prioritizing safety of principal, liquidity and return; and\n(2) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
