PUBLIC HEARING FOR CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF\nTHE CITY OF MONTEREY PARK, CALIFORNIA CONFIRMING THE 2023 ANNUAL REPORT\nAND THE LEVY OF ASSESSMENTS FOR DOWNTOWN BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT\nDISTRICT NO. 1 FOR PROGRAM YEAR 2024\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n(1) Receiving and filing the 2023 BID Annual Report with the City Clerk;\n(2) Adopting the Resolution of lntent and setting the Public Hearing for November 15, 2023,\nfor consideration of the 2024 BID assessments; and\n(3) Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
