A. INITIATION OF THE PROCESS TO REPEAL THE MISSION DE ANZA\nSPECIFIC PLAN (SP123) APPLICABLE TO AN AREA ENCOMPASSING\nAPPROXIMATELY 1,100 ACRES GENERALLY LOCATED WEST OF\nTHE JENSEN-ALVARADO RANCH, EAST OF PEDLEY ROAD AND\nNORTH OF THE SANTA ANA RIVER\n1. Requested Action: That the City Council, by motion, reconfirm 2016\ninitiation of the repeal of Mission de Anza Specific Plan No. 123, and, if\nreconfirmed, initiate the process to repeal the Mission de Anza Specific\nPlan; and\n2. Initiate a General Plan Amendment and a Change of Zone for the Mission\nde Anza Specific Plan No. 123 area.
