6. AUTHORIZE THE LOCAL REUSE AUTHORITY\nEXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE INTERIM\nLEASES AND LICENSES FROM THE\nDEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE FOR PROPERTY AT\nFORMER MARINE CORPS AIR STATION TUSTIN\nLocal Reuse Authority (LRA) Resolution 23-01\nwould provide the LRA Executive Director the\nauthority to execute or accept interim leases and\nlicenses tendered to the LRA from the Department\nof Defense (DOD). Any lease greater than five (5)\nyears, any license greater than one (1) year, or any\nlease or license requiring financial renumeration to\nthe DOD will require City Council (acting as the\nLRA) approval.\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City\nCouncil, acting as the LRA for former Marine Corps\nAir Station (MCAS) Tustin, takes the following\naction: 1.
