28. Adoption of new job descriptions and salary table for the positions of Deputy Director of\nAdministrative Services Department and Deputy Director of Community Services, amend the position\nallocation list for FY 2023/ 24 to reflect the changes, and place classifications in the appropriate\nbargaining unit for representation purposes – 1) Approve the Resolution 2023- 057 Adopting job\ndescriptions and salary tables for the positions of Deputy Director of Administrative Services and Deputy\nDirector of Community Services; 2) Place the classifications in the Brea Management Association ( BMA)\nbargaining unit for representation purposes; and 3) Amend the Position Allocation List to include these\npositions in the appropriate department/ division.
