City Council

1. Terminate the Sub-Sublease Agreement between ASC-Anaheim, LLC and the former Anaheim\nRedevelopment Agency dated March 1, 2011 due to nonpayment of rent and failure to perform\npursuant to the agreement; authorize the City Manager, or designee, to provide notice of\ntermination to ASC-Anaheim, LLC; authorize the City Attorney to pursue all remedies available\nunder the law including, but not limited to, commencing unlawful detainer proceedings as\nnecessary to regain possession of the property, in the event that ASC-Anaheim, LLC fails to\nsurrender and vacate the property and improvements pursuant to the terms of the Sub-\nSublease after the City’s issuance of the Notice of Termination (property at Claudina Way north\nof Interstate 5 and east of South Anaheim Boulevard).
