Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) for the\nTemporary License between the City of San Bernardino and the San Bernardino\nCity Unified School District and Southern California Gas Company (“SoCal Gas”)\nfor use of property on Fairfax Elementary School; and\n2. Authorize the Agency Director of Administrative Services to approve a task order\nfor design services to the City’s on­call consultant, IMEG Consultants Corp., in the\namount of $190,190 for the Cross Street Bridge Emergency Replacement project.
