22. Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (PRO Housing) Grant Application p. 744\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing to obtain citizens’ comments on the draft Pathways to\nRemoving Obstacles to Housing (PRO Housing) grant application to the\nDepartment of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to take necessary steps to effectuate the\nsubmittal of the proposed Pathways to Removing Obstacles to Housing (PRO\nHousing) grant application, and related documents, to the Department of Housing and\nUrban Development (HUD).\nMAYOR & CITY COUNCIL UPDATES/REPORTS ON CONFERENCES & MEETINGS
