Approving Amendment No. 2 to Cooperative Agreement No. 19­1002205 with the San\nBernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) for the Interstate\n215/University Parkway Interchange Project (SS04­019) (Wards 5,6) p. 592\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino, California:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 2 to Cooperative Agreement\nNo. 19­1002205 with the San Bernardino County Transportation Authority (SBCTA) for\nthe Interstate 215/University Parkway Interchange Project (SS04­019); and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2023­159 authorizing the Director of Administrative Services to\namend the Interstate 215/University Parkway Interchange Project budget in the\namount of $864,908 through the General Fund Balance.
