Agreement with Econolite for the Purchase of Traffic Signal Cabinets (All Wards) p. 306\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,\nCalifornia:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Goods Purchase Agreement with\nEconolite Control Products, Inc., for the purchase of traffic signal cabinets and\nrelated components; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Administrative Services to issue a purchase order in\nthe amount of $100,000; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to extend the Goods Purchase\nAgreement with Econolite Control Products, Inc., for up to four additional one­\nyear terms for an amount not to exceed $100,000 annually.
