Agreement with JTB Supply Co, Inc. for the Purchase of Traffic Intersection Signal\nSupplies (All Wards) p. 347\nRecommendation:\nIt is recommended that the Mayor and City Council of the City of San Bernardino,\nCalifornia:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Goods Purchase Agreement with JTB\nSupply Co., Inc., for the purchase of traffic signal supplies and related\ncomponents; and\n2. Authorize the Director of Administrative Services to issue a purchase order in\nthe amount of $200,000; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to extend the Goods Purchase\nAgreement with JTB Supply Co., Inc., for up to four additional one­year terms for\nan amount not to exceed $200,000 annually.
