E. Approving and Authorizing Amendment No. 1 to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Dixon Resources Unlimited for Parking\nSupport Services - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7460: 1.\nApproving Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with\nDixon Resources Unlimited dated June 14, 2021, to authorize Additional\nServices and to increase the compensation by a one-time increase of $25,650\nor $2,850 per month, to the current program management monthly flat-rate\nfee, for a total monthly cost of $6,600 for the remaining nine (9) months of the\ncontract term and a total not-to-exceed amount of $160,650 for the three-year\nterm; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the City Manager to execute\nAmendment No. 1 to the Agreement.
