D. Authorize an Application for Grant Funds for the California Coastal\nCommission Local Coastal Program Planning Grant and Receipt of\nGrant Funds if Awarded - That the City Council adopt Resolution 7459: A.\nApproving the application for grant funds related to the California Coastal\nCommission Local Coastal Program Planning Grant to complete a Local\nCoastal Program for the City of Seal Beach; and, B. Directing staff to execute\nall necessary documents to receive and utilize the grant funding; and, C.\nApproving Budget Amendment #24-04-03 to increase revenues up to\n$125,800.
