AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH KELLY SPICERS STORES FOR SHEET-CUT\nPAPER, PARENT-SIZE PAPER, NCR, AND ENVELOPES SUPPLY NOT-TO-EXCEED\n$183,693 (Finance Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:\n(1) Find that the proposed action in the agenda report is not a project subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 21065 of CEQA and Sections 15060(c)(2), 15060(c)(3),\nand 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines, and as such, no environmental document pursuant to CEQA is\nrequired for the project; and\n(2) Accept the bid dated August 22, 2023 submitted by Kelly Spicers Stores in response to specifications\nto furnish sheet-cut paper, parent-sized paper, NCR, and envelopes and authorize the City Manager\nto enter into a contract with Kelly Spicers Stores for an amount not-to-exceed $183,693 for a one-year\nperiod.
