APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION AND FUNDING AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT\nOF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR THE JOHN ANSON FORD PARK\nREGIONAL AQUATICS CENTER PROJECT\nApproval of funding agreement for the John Anson Ford Park Regional Aquatic Center.\nRecommendation:\nIt is staff’s recommendation that the City Council:\n1. Adopt the attached resolution; and\n2. Approve FY 2023 Community Project Funding Grant Agreement No. B-23-CP-CA-0202 with\nthe Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the John Anson Ford Park\nRegional Aquatics Center Funding.
