4. AUTHORIZATION TO ENTER INTO A PURCHASE ORDER WITH ENTERPRISE FLEET MANAGEMENT\nINC, DBA: ENTERPRISE FLEET MANAGEMENT EXCHANGE INC., FOR THE PURCHASE\nOF FIVE 2023 CHEVY BOLT ELECTRIC UTILITY VEHICLES (EUVs) FOR AN AMOUNT NOT-TO-\nEXCEED $167,813 (Fire Dept.)\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council:(1) Find that the recommended actions in\nthe agenda report are exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) pursuant to State\nCEQA Guidelines per Section 15061(b)(3), the “Common-Sense” exemption that CEQA only applies to\nprojects that may have an effect on the environment; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager to enter into a purchase order with Enterprise Fleet Management Inc,\nDBA: Enterprise Fleet Management Exchange Inc., for the purchase of five (5) 2023 Chevy Bolt Electric Utility\nVehicles (EUVs) in an amount not-to-exceed $167,813 for the Fire Department and the Planning &\nCommunity Development Department. Neither Competitive Bidding nor Competitive Selection are required\npursuant to City Charter Section 1002(H) and Pasadena Municipal Code Section 4.08.049(A)(7), contracts\nfor which the City’s best interests are served.\nTPA
