14. 2023 STRATEGIC PLAN UPDATE – F2M23-35\nOn April 24, 2023, the City Council approved the 2023 Strategic Plan following two special\nCity Council meetings that were conducted to review and update the goals and objectives\nthat were previously established in the 2021 Strategic Plan. Subsequently, on July 24,\n2023, staff provided the first update to the 2023 Strategic Plan. Staff is now and will\ncontinue to present quarterly updates to the Council and will diligently work through\nStrategic Plan goals and individual items to enable important progress.\nRecommended Action: City Council receive and file the Alhambra Strategic Plan\nupdate.
