AUTHORIZE RFP: BILLING SERVICES – F2M23-71, RFP2M23-26\nCommunity Risk Reduction (CRR) is a division of the Fire Department with staff dedicated\nto increasing safety, preventing or reducing fire losses and ensuring compliance with\napplicable codes and ordinances. Conducting regular fire, life safety and environmental\ninspections are also functions of the CRR division. The Fire Department is seeking a\nqualified firm with extensive experience to provide billing management, invoicing and\ncustomer service.\n7\n10-23-23\nRecommended Action: City Council authorize the distribution of a Request for\nProposals to qualified firms for Community Risk Reduction (CRR) billing services; and,\ndirect staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
