6. SUBJECT: ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACT WORK – DESIGN AND\nDEVELOPMENT OF THE WILDWOOD SINGLE TRACK MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAIL\n– PHASE III – PROJECT NO. 11103\nRECOMMENDATION: That the City Council:\n1. Accept the contract work completed by Bellfree Contractors in the amount of $81,882\nfor the Design and Development of the Wildwood Single Track Mountain Bike Trail\n– Phase III – Project No. 11103 (Project); and\n2. Authorize the recordation of the Notice of Completion for the Project.
